Good to know
- What counts as a property?
- One address. Running it again later is free, and so is adding documents to it. A property you delete still counts as used.
- When does membership cost less?
- From your fourth new property in a month. 3 properties at $29 cost $87, under the $89 membership; 4 cost $116.
- How do office rates work?
- Pick your office in Settings. At 10 paying members, everyone there pays $79 a month. At 20 paying members, everyone there pays $69 a month. The new rate starts with your next bill, with nothing charged or refunded for the current month. Every agent pays their own bill.
- How do I cancel?
- From Settings, any time. It stops the next charge, and the current month runs to its end. A property that has already been run is not refunded.
- Who holds my card?
- Stripe. Your card details stay with Stripe, not with First Pass.
- Where does it work?
- Wake and Durham counties in North Carolina today. Working somewhere else in the state? Request your county from inside First Pass.
